Ceri is a Director at KPMG and is the firm’s UK Head of Knowledge, Research and Collaboration. She is responsible for KPMG’s Knowledge strategy, including the internal social collaboration platform – the Hub. She has worked at KPMG for 15 years, and prior to that was the Global Information Manager at Cable and Wireless plc. Ceri is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Information and Records Management Society, and she is a Chartered Manager. She is a Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation and is an avid fan of all things social, is a regular blogger on topics of personal interest and tweets @CeriH

Clive Roach is the Director of Social Media for Philips Lighting. He is responsible for strategy development, success measurement, activation, governance, projects and educational training for global social media within Philips Lighting. Clive has been working in the digital marketing area since 1996, and previously held roles in engineering, design and sales going back to 1985. Clive has his own blog, tweets daily on two Twitter accounts, and has a Facebook fan page, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Vine and Snapchat. On Google+ he has his own B2B Social media community group.
