With a functional title of Internal Collaboration Leader, Ross is responsible for the creation, launch and facilitation of internal social & collaboration platforms, tools and functionality across Wells Fargo. He is the Platform Manager for Team Moments, Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Social Network.

He has spent all his career working for comms: internal communication, media relations, events, audio-visual and digital, since the first intranet portal and all websites since 2001 for the leading aircraft manufacturer Airbus.
He ran the Airbus digital communication, including social media, for Airbus Commercial Aircraft and is now in charge of digital communication transformation for all Airbus entities.
Laurent is responsible for the design and implementation of the digital communication transformation strategy and roadmap based on a "smart content" original approach across all divisions and comms departments.

Nikki Hotvedt is the Senior Director of Internal Communications for Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal, leading internal communication strategies and activities for offices in more than 40 countries across the globe. Nikki works especially closely with the Technology and Innovation teams to drive tech literacy and socialize new products with employees.

Prior to joining Dow Jones, Nikki founded and grew the Internal Communications team at online retailer Gilt Group, focusing on millennial employee engagement and empathy-driven messaging designed to put employees first.

Seven years ago, he started as a working student and after his job entry in International Marketing, he is now Corporate Communications Manager and Project Lead for *blueplanet.

Jacqui has spent her career in HR and communications, with a focus on corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, media relations and organisational behaviour change. She has worked for the Home Office in London and more recently has returned to her roots in Scotland, working for the Scottish Government in Edinburgh. Jacqui is responsible for the Scottish Government’s award-winning intranet, Saltire, and for encouraging civil servants to use digital communication to engage effectively with the public, stakeholders and each other.
